ante Posted February 9, 2006 Report Share Posted February 9, 2006 You are perhaps thinking of Mervin Kelly?As far as I know he was theorizing about the “semiconductor” in the 1930:s but there where no practical working model until Shockley, Brattain and Bardeen built it…….. or was there?
