shekhar_dandya
Generally all parameters of a device in any datasheet are specified at certain test conditions.my question is :1) How are these test conditions chosen?what criteria?2)What is their importance?3) What values of parameters should we select if these test conditions do not exsist in our circuit? hotwaterwizard
Most test conditions are presented with set values for the components. This gives you a standard in which you can figure out other conditions with different component values. If you did not have the example to go by the math for figuring other conditions would be a bit more difficult.
shekhar_dandya
Hi H.W.Wizard,I did not get you. ???Can you be more elaborate?

shekhar_dandya
I went through the pdf.It definitely helped me.comming back to the question,So should I take these "test conditions" in my design and calculate other parameters of my circuit? hotwaterwizard
Yes, you got it. The Test circuit would be a great starting point but, pay attention to the maximum allowed voltages etc. Alot of Datasheets also have actual circuits that are already designed for you. Here is an example of what I am talking about. Look at this Datasheet for TDA2003 There is a test circuit but the actual circuit they provide you has already been figured out and a PC Board design is there as well.tda2003.pdf
