AD149 Datasheet needed

The AD149 is really old, save it as an antique.  ;)
I built my first bench PSU using an AD149 about 35 years ago! ;D

Here are some data for the AD149:

Description =  Ge PNP Power BJT

V(BR)CEO (V) = 30
