fouad Posted July 18, 2006 Report Share Posted July 18, 2006 As you know, many devices uses battery packs.Regarding that i face allot of problems inside the battery packs and i solve it by replacing the defective batteries with new ones.The problem is when we solder them by the welder it will not be strong and it takes time to do it. Also the heat of the welding may affect the battery.Is there any project to design a spot welder for batteries ?I Appreciate any informayion about it.thanks.
