induction motor calculations

Can anyone please help with this?  I've been looking at it for days now and getting nowhere!

A 3-phase, four pole, 50Hz wound rotor induction motor has a rotor resistance of 0.02ohm/phase and reactance of 0.1ohm/phase at standstill.  Find:

i.  the value of the external starter resistance/phase required to give maximum torque at starting

ii.  the ratio of starting current in i.  to original.

Could you show any working?  The frustration's really getting to me!
