Is there any website whereby i can find out the same. These ICs are used in Stereo Cassette Recorder. But, i very much need the datasheet of M51161P, which is obsolete and discontinued IC. So, IC parameters required for replacement etc. Can u pls tell me if M51162P is identical and can be directly replaced?Thanks you once again. I am finding it very very difficult to get datasheet for M51161P, but however, I am being able to trace out datasheet for M51162P. I very much need the datasheet for M51161P, which may be the MIC/Equalisation/Line in/ALC etc. This is used in RISING Radio Cassette Recorder (Single Deck) Metal set of Japan Make, Model # PC 007.The PCB mounted (with M51161P & LA2000) unto the Deck mechanism clearly mentioning the connection of the stereo head. But, still I have not reached the goal. The Rising Radio Cassette Recorder (Made in Japan) have the ICs LA2000 (Plunger drive), M51161P for ALC & Pre-amplifier/Mic/Rec.
