audioguru Posted May 17, 2007 Report Posted May 17, 2007 The output of a 555 goes low and goes high.So connect an LED in series with a current-limiting resistor from the positive supply to the output and it will light when the output goes low.Then connect another LED in series with a current-limiting resistor from ground to the output and it will light when the output goes high.
