i want to know how can i use GPS based timing /synchronization control in digital application?

I may not be able to help you.  But, out of curiosity, do you mean using a GPS as a peripheral to a computer and with a program that you are making?  Or, are you interested in locating where in the GPS circuit would be best to connect your own circuit to read satellite signals that have already been interpreted to an extent?  Something else?  Is the application something that you can share?
