tracking devices for children

Can any body help me? I am trying to establish if it is possible to buy a very discreet bracelet or something similar that i can put on my 2 year old daughter that has some kind of gps/tracking device.  I am separated from her father and I am worried that he will take her to his country of origin.

I have been looking on the net, but what I have seen is so obvious and big - if anyone could direct me to a site that could be of interest it would be very apreciated.
