So I wondered if someone could be able to build a little screen (size of a business card), I am willing to pay.

Sure, here's a really rough drawing of what I'm looking for. I'm not sure about the size of the OLED square yet.

My budget is $1000 US (I'm canadian so I had to specify there...)
