Need help with 'TLE 4226 G' Output

Hi All,
New here. I have a Automotive ECM that uses the TLE 4226 G to drive the Coilpack. My problem, Pins 21, 22 and 23 are used to trigger/drive the three coils in the coilpack (six cylinder, wasted spark), 21, 22 and 23 send a ground signal to Coilpack to do the triggering. The coils I want to use require a +5 volt to trigger. Chip uses NPN outputs, I'm thinking I could add PNPs to the three outputs to get a +5 volt, the PNPs need to be Fast and good for 50mA output.

    A general purpose pnp transistor like the 2N3906 will handle 200mA's.
