Nanoelectronics is making devices at cellular sizes. Nanoelectronics may be the future of medicine. They have the ability to replicate themselves, so you send a few into a person with a needle injection, to attack and destroy a tumor, or repair a ruptured spleen or something. Microelectronics, as its name suggests, is related to the design and manufacturing, or micromachining, electronic components that are very small.These devices are made from semiconductors. Many components of normal electronic design are available in microelectronic equivalent: transistors, capacitors, inductors and insulators course and drivers can be found in microelectronic devices. As the name suggests, microelectronics relates to the study and manufacture (or microfabrication) of very small electronic designs and components.
