Shoggoth
Basically I got a power rangers helmet that had a small speaker inside it that would emit sounds when you pushed a button. I took the wires off the speaker and wanted to wire it to a headphone cord that I removed the headphones from a stripped the wires. How would I go about wiring the speaker? Silent Jack
So are you trying to replace the speaker with headphones, or wire the speaker via headphone wires?

Silent Jack
Assuming that it is a relatively low powered speaker, you should be fine just connecting the matching leads to it, they should be color coded.
ARUN CHOWDARY
its very simple you will found two terminals of the speaker and i think your head phone have three or four wires on the pin of the head phone you will find three layers Remove the enamel coating on the terminals and connect you will get output
