princesergie
Question#1 what are the characteristics of a common-emitter base from the measured and computed values of its parameters?question#2can you increase the voltage gain by just merely adjusting the value of Re? pls explain why ?:)#3what are the purpose of swamping in amplifierthx in advanced
Hero999
You might get more help if you use a more descriptive thread title so I've renamed the thread for you.Are you talking about common emitter or a common base amplifier. It's probably a good idea to post a schematic to avoid confusion. Click additional options, attach to post a file, PNG of GIF is best for line drawings. ARUN CHOWDARY
the CE configuration amplifier is used as power amplifier but it not stable at high frequenciesyou can change both current and voltage inthe ce configurationif you want to increase the voltage gain you have to change configuration
Hero999
the CE configuration amplifier is used as power amplifier but it not stable at high frequenciesA common emitter amplifier is normally used as a signal amplifier not a power amplifier. It depends on what you mean by high frequencies.
