sir/mam i had an idea that resturants should have a display screen on their tables with given keys to enter their order, so i wanted to know about the working of such type screen . for example in ATM.

I think touch screen would be more sanitary. The service provider could wipe it off when they clean the table.
Just like the screen they use in the Pet ID tag making machine at the Pet Store or Wal-Mart
