Hero999 Posted December 13, 2010 Report Share Posted December 13, 2010 Do a good apprenticeship: you'll learn the practical side at work and the theory at college, even if you don't do a full degree, you'll have far more experience than someone who's just gone to university as you'll do everything from soldering, PCB construction and fault finding you machining and case construction.
