pier Posted January 21, 2011 Report Share Posted January 21, 2011 Hello, I need an equal replacement for the part number 2SK533. This device is used in a Flow control board which is gone bad. I need to replace this with an alternative part and many vendors say that this part is no more manufactured. If any one knows about this part please contribute. audioguru Posted January 21, 2011 Report Share Posted January 21, 2011 You don't have and I couldn't find a proper detailed datasheet.We don't even know if it is an N-channel or P-channel Jfet.Since its IDSS (typical?) is listed as 9mA then try a 2N5459. Hero999 Posted January 21, 2011 Report Share Posted January 21, 2011 It's definitely N-channel.The current is specified as a positive figure (P-channel devices are often specified as negative) and of the PDFs I found using Google says so.The maximum IDS is 30mA, the characteristics are specified at 9mA.
