MJE3055 Data sheet and MJE3055T Data sheet to see if they are interchangeable.2. MJE2955 Data sheet and MJE2955T Data sheet to see if they are interchangeable.One other part a IC1. I can select a manufacturer.A 2N3055 is in a steel case and has a max allowed internal temperature of 200 degrees C.An MJE3055 is in a plastic case (T) and has a max allowed internal temperature of 150 degrees C.Their max allowed currents are also different. Any ideas about thermistors and a Icl7107. the gage goes down with a 1kthermistor and a 100ohm ntc thermistor and is supposed to go up instead. by. see ya.
