Camera and Motion sensor with pictures cell phone transfer

Hi, Im looking to purchase a system or pay someone to build a small camera with a motion sensor trip that stores and then sends the photos to a cell phone or laptop.  I dont know if this is the right area to post asking about this. Any info or suggestions would be great.

i think it is possible with a telephone line attached to a circuit controlled by a microprocessor i will post the design soon my friends did this project and completed sucessfully
