sebascolombia91 Posted November 27, 2012 Report Share Posted November 27, 2012 So I decided to build this led mood lamp using the PIC16F628A http://electronics-lab.com/projects/games/005/index.html. I have the board built already. However, my problem is in the programming. Im not too familiar with writing hex codes, asm codes, etc. The code source that is provided in that website does not load onto my pic. I have 2 different JDM pic programmers, Im using IC PROG. Did all the settings, the code writes but at the end, I get a failed verify warning. I know its the code...I need someone to PLEASE send me a working code for this project!! Im going crazy lol. This is due next Monday...Have you asked your lecturer for help?Surely the purpose of the course is for you to write your own code?I hope you've included this site in your bibliography.Have you tried changing the IC? redwire Posted November 28, 2012 Report Share Posted November 28, 2012 Did you try the updated version at the bottom of the page? Considering the code is already compliled (hex code provided) most of the big issues should be resolved. I am not familiar with PIC but with AVR's the fuse settings may need to be checked.
