LM317 Calculator

I will NEVER download a zipped file from somebody I do not know because it might be a computer virus or SPAM advertising.

It is SIMPLE to calculate resistors for an LM317. The resistor from the output pin to the ADJ pin is 120 ohms and it has 1.25V across it so the current is 10.42mA. Then the other resistor is calculated with simple arithmetic.

The LM317, and its high current version, LM338 are popular voltage regulators which can accept an input voltage of 3-40 Volts DC, and provide an output voltage from 1.2 to 37 Volts DC.
The output voltage is set using two resistors (R1 and R2) whose values chosen according to this equation:
VOUT = 1.25 * ( 1 + R2/R1 )

Below is a voltage calculator to make thing difficult.
I will never use anything whose simultaneous appears not easy. Everyone visit
calculator may help you to counting any difficulty.

Thanks
