Guest liquibyte Posted January 9, 2014 Report Share Posted January 9, 2014 Being a truck driver in the past that hauled reefer for two different companies I can answer this. There is no difference other than the temperature setting on the reefer unit itself. You can set them from about -20F and up the usual freezer loads being set at -10 or so.
