What are these?

Hi, guys,

    I'm new to the forum, and have some things that I have no idea what they are. I got them from an old ham radio operator. Some have 2 contacts, and others have 3. Some have 3 spots of paint on them and others have 6 spots. The spots probably represent some sort of value, but I don't know what, as I have never seen anything like these. See the picture. Any ideas?  Lew
