Guest Chengjun Li
Hi, I have an interesting question about the charge accumulated on a capacitor. We know that if the charge accumulated on a capacitor is Q=C*V. V is the potential difference across the capacitor. Then my question is if the two plates of a capacitor have the same potential, for example we can use two power supply connect to the two plate separately, setting the same voltage value, then will there be charge accumulate on the capacitor plates? Hero999
I don't understand the question. If both the plates of a capacitor are at the same potential, then there will be no charge on the capacitor.
