pebe Posted May 5, 2016 Report Share Posted May 5, 2016 Feed the 555 output into a CD4026B. That will give you a 16 stage counter with 7segment output. vlady_2009 Posted July 28, 2016 Report Share Posted July 28, 2016 I have an example of a tally or event counter based upon a CD4553 BCD counter IC in conjunction with a CD4511 BCD-to-7 segment driver with three 7-segment LED displays. This could be easily modified to feed in the 555 output as the trigger for counter/tally.
