I present you attached the cheapest manufacturing way, for single / double pcb layer ( home made ) with semi-professional look , starting with 0,0375 Euro / cm2.

Cheapest-printed-circuit-boards , single / double layer, on FR1 , FR2 , FR4 , CEM1 ( white) , CEM3 ( yellow)
and Special Support laminates (flexible) as :

CG-10 ; 0,1mm support thichness , blue

CG-10 ; 0,2mm support thichness , black

FR4 ; 0,2mm support thichness , translucent
