Can anyone help me find a substitute for transistor D13005MD I have a bunch of transistors laying around and I might have one already just need to know witch I could replace it with before I buy more..thanks

The D13005MD relates to the 3DD13005MD if that is any help. One would want to compare the two data sheets. It is not very likely one would have such a high power and high voltage transistor in ones stock.
