HarryA Posted February 10 Report Posted February 10 Conduction loss is larges loss in a MOSFET, it occurs when the MOSFET is in the 'on' state and current flows through its channel. It's calculated using the formula: P = Current^2 × Rds. Also switching losses occur during switch the transistor on and off.
