drag lights (christmas tree) pc board design

i am looking for a circuit to build a Christmas tree (drag lights).
i live in small town in SA and cant find anything of the kind in SA. i have looked on the net and dont find anything there.these things are very expensive (to import too). if it is possible to for the timing circuit to.

the top one is maplins code and the bottom one is vallamans code.
i did have an addrees for vallaman but have lost all packaging with it on (pain because building instructions on printed on it).

no its not running lites i'm looking for. it is the lights they use with drag racing. to set the cars off. the lites that stand in the centre of the cars.

22ov is not a big problem but is a little far away, so a person will have to look at using 12v. i was thinking of using one of the ro two of the timing circuits i have seen on the net which gets activated with the green light and then again stopped with door light censors at the end if that was possible.
tell me if its a little impossible to do then i can look at something else if i need to.
