    Led display Digital Voltmeter question

    hi, MP i built this circuit, now  my voltmeter work, but When i put any voltage on it`s input it start to oscilate! for example if i put 5 V on Led display i will se 4.93, 5.10, 5, 5.14, 5.25, dont stop, can you help my? thank for you help CH.
