If you are going to make a wireless DC motor control why not add some frames , hardwares and make it a remotely controlled robot vehicle ?
And I guess just "wireless DC motor speed control" will not be of any application (At least to me) except to demonstrate radio electronics electromagnetic...

@all CAn you please share what brand and type of Marker you use?
Because I have tried making PCB's with permanent marker many times before and
everytime the traces drawn by marker is also corroised by the FeCl solution.
And I Recomend using Laser Printing and Iron Press Method over Marker...
I guess currently making a super small Torch is not possible , We can make it small but nor super small.
I hope it will be possible with new inventions like graphene supercapacitor battery.
You can build a NAND gate and NOR gate using minimal amount of transistors. And you can make other gates using minimal ammount of universal gates.
So in most cases Digital Gates are made by combining NAND and NOR gate.
First thing is :
I would say Using a marker for etching with FeCl is not much practicable because what I have seen is the permanent marker is also dissolved by the water and FeCl solution after sometimes when it is dipped in FeCl solution. So use more better ways like Laser Printing and Ironing...
