    1. There are two wires from the power supply - see post #15 (white wire replaces black I presume......please note I'm new to electronics) 2. The only colours from power supply are red and white. 3. Connection of cable to micro USB see post #15. 4. Cannot understand your comment on measurements...

    The polarity was correct, quality of the power supply I doubt, the power supply wire was a bit thick. I am a newbie what do you mean pinout?
