Hi - I don't know if this is the right place for this question.... But my Hotpoint larder fridge has stopped cooling. The compressor does not appear to run.
From YouTube it has been suggested that a common part that fails is the relay on compressor.
The original part is muRata brand and has 3...
Unfortunately I'm stuck really - I have asked all over the net - no suggestions at all - No one else will deal with it... They told me the price and I either accept it and pay up and look happy or I say I don't want it repaired and leave it with them as it's useless - or I pay the P&P to have it...
They have sent it off to 'Kenwood' despite having their own repairs technician... Only it doesn't go to Kenwood - it goes to another audio repair shop...
I got the news yesterday... £125 + VAT - can't cost anywhere near that to make a new one :eek:
Anyway I've given the go-ahead - hopefully...

I don’t recall having the exact problem you are having but have experienced similar issues with similar Kenwood products.
Firstly I would just double check its not a voltage issue, possibly try connecting it directly to a different...
I think you have misunderstood... I don't have a camera attached at the moment...
The problem is just that the system does nothing more than show the boot screen and then turn off and continues cycling like this until I turn it off at the power button...
