Electrical engineer (BEE, 1978 University of Dayton), now semi-retired in Venice, FL after eighteen years as a particle accelerator engineer for UES, Inc. in Dayton, OH.
I have an ancient Shopsmith Mark V, with which I sometimes attempt woodworking, but it is mostly wood butchering that I know how to do. I enjoy reading science fiction, tent camping, hobby electronics and amateur radio (Extra Class, call sign AC8NS). My wife keeps me busy working on home projects.
