I live in Denmark so 230 VAC is the default here. :)
I bought a Emtech Power (http://www.emtech.dk/Mini-UPS75W.htm) it gives me some of the functions i need, but not all.
But it can bring my project into the next fase.
But if some one have some clue on how to add a solar panel charger to this...

The solution is some kind of UPS power board that can control and monitor the charging of 2, 12VDC batteries. It must use the power from 230VAC...
