Capacitor frustration! I'd needed

It's actually a thermistor I believe ntc after some research... Can someone help with values?

Capacitor frustration! I'd needed

Need some help id the capacitor. All I can see is 14 written on it, it's for a power inverter that blew a row of them. Many thanks!
