Well my first post and I also have a bad HY6003 supply. Can't complain cost was $0. Had to be a reason.
Some comments on this thread. The 2 resistors are emitter equalizing/balancing resistors. The common ground is not actually at ground. Its is a common point. The + and minus outputs are...
