    3-phase 380V inverter with EGS031 and EGP3000W boards

A typo of course, it should be 0.1uF :)

    3-phase 380V inverter with EGS031 and EGP3000W boards

Hi to all, I'm the OP, returning after a HUGE period of time... So sorry! I see that, meanwhile, other users have finished the board and got a functioning inverter, while someone else encountered some issues, thus I'm here just to add my last observations / hints that should, hopefully, clear...

    3-phase 380V inverter with EGS031 and EGP3000W boards

First, I can assure you that the circuit, when properly assembled, is working correctly indeed. I made two of them, that are still in use after many years. So, the problem has to be troubleshooted within your build. From a bad joint, to a wrong value component or a faulty one, possibilities are...

    3-phase 380V inverter with EGS031 and EGP3000W boards

Glad to know, I used the 12V transformers and thus I was concerned that the undervoltage alarm could possibly arise from a too low feedback voltage, but luckily I see that's not the case. Best regards Roberto

    3-phase 380V inverter with EGS031 and EGP3000W boards

Just wanted to add, to avoid misunderstandings, that pin #7 I mentioned is the chip's pin, the actual connector pin is #22.

    3-phase 380V inverter with EGS031 and EGP3000W boards

Hi all, I'm back after a very long pause, and I see that other users have managed to build the inverter. I'm attaching another schematic that is more accurate than the one found in EG8030 and this one worked fine for me. You can see that, about the pin 7 (BET/BAT) issue in my schematic the pin...

    3-phase 380V inverter with EGS031 and EGP3000W boards

Hi, The transformers are 230-240V to 12V. They don't have to be much powerful, the smallest VA you can find is ok, since they are used just to have a feedback of the output voltage for control purposes. Let me know should you need further infos. Roberto Latest addition: forgot to specify that...

    3-phase 380V inverter with EGS031 and EGP3000W boards

Hi Greg, and yes, I managed to get a translation (well, sort of...) I have just to put it in an orderly and readable form, but I'm very busy at the moment and I can't do it until next week... Stay tuned! Regards, Roberto

    3-phase 380V inverter with EGS031 and EGP3000W boards

No need for firmware...:) The controller chip on the EGS031 board (that comes already assembled, and therefore you'll need to acquire) does all the work. It features some solder jumpers for configuration and, if my memory serves me well, one of them is for the 50/60 Hz output frequency...

    3-phase 380V inverter with EGS031 and EGP3000W boards

Hello Mori, And yes, I did. Actually two of them, one for me and another for a friend. From the experience made, there are some things worth pointing out, that I'll be glad to share with you and anyone else interested in this project. The first part of my observations follows, unfortunately in...

    3-phase 380V inverter with EGS031 and EGP3000W boards

Hi all, being in need of an inverter capable to generate a pure-sine 3-phase 380V 50Hz voltage (with a max. power of, say, 500W) from an AC single-phase or DC source, I've browsed around but after a thorough search I've found nothing suitable on the market (too expensive high-power UPS, or too...

    Help on identification - 4946 AC T748

So, as promised, I'm back bringing the latest (good) news... Thanks to Dave's precious enlightenment, I've been able to catch the very nature of the beast, quickly sourced the most probable replacement part and grabbed it with glee, singing as I soldered that jumbuck in its circuit pads...

    Help on identification - 4946 AC T748

Thanks again Dave, now I'm confident we are tracking down the right beast... Just looked at the dual fet chip datasheet and now the connections between pins 5-6 (both drain2) and 7-8 (drain 1) make a lot of sense! Already ordered a couple with 24h delivery, I can't wait for testing it :) When...
