    After going thru 3 coils on a 2.5 hp honda clone engine, I now idle the engine down and kill the engine with the choke. Been a few years now and I haven't had to buy another coil.

    The inverter requires +5V. The 15K resistor drops the voltage to 5V.

    I have a display on my tractor like that on my tractor. I took it apart and cleaned the contacts and it worked a little better but unless you press on the screen it doesn't always work. Is there a grease or something to put on the contacts to make them conduct?.

    You might need a 5V zener diode because it looks like that circuit will put out 12V.
