    Thanks Bertus, I believe you are right, Armed with your invaluable hint, I found this pic from Stack Exchange which looks pretty close to the printed symbol. Even the component designation makes sense now, CH002 I guess stands for Choke type 002. Unfortunately it doesnt seem to be a failure...
