    Hey All, I found out what was wrong. I had my Bench PS set to 3.2a, I then set it to 5a and my high beams are happy and working! So the circuit design is good. I am happy. Hope this helps someone out there.

    Check out my schematic I drew with circuits lab web software. I used 2 relays and 2 led flashers and a DPST and SPDT switches The relay turns off pin 87a when the turn signal or hazard lights are on pin 87 is not used. I am happy Any ideas of what I could add to employ pin 87?
