I have heard that embedded system is the subset of IOT? But how? Is the embedded system integrated with Wifi module called IOT? Then why do we call IOT, we can call it automation instead!

No I am not talking about 'key-switch'. I might be talking about 'smart-key'. The lock is controlled remotely, and when ever someone touches the lock, it starts making sounds.
I tried to search over the internet, but I was unable to find it. Can you help me finding the circuit diagram of an alarm car security system that we normally see operated by a car key...which has lock and unlock option?
What is the mechanism?

At last it worked, I made changes in the value of some resistances.
Figure d) worked.
I have attached 4 circuits in this post. Can anyone explain me why figure a) & d) are working and why figure b) & c) are not working?

Here's the circuit. Apart from changing the polarity of the 9V battery and shifting the COM connection from NC to NO, I have not changed anything. But, still its not working!
