Nevermind, I discovered that these MOSFETs can handle EITHER 600v at 0a or 101a at 0v, only one or the other, not both (I gotta learn how to properly read a data sheet). So instead I am now looking into buying a salvaged Chevy Volt inverter to extract 2, 3 phase 600v 650a MBB600 IGBT modules for...
