I have been looking at RAM modules for a hobby project, and I couldn't find out what "256k x 8", or "16M x 8" meant. Googling such things simply gave me a bunch of parts. So, my question is, what do these numbers mean? Seeing as I learn best from example, what would you call RAM with an 8bit...
