    To begin with, I am not "your Bud". Keep this trash for your backstreet mates. Maintaining a pressure of 2lb sq inch will be almost impossible given any variations in supply, loading and delivery friction variations amongst others.

    That's the channel with the dodgy component. Try C6. Look for usual signs of degradation. Best to test with an appropriate meter.

    Centrifigul pumps such as in large irrigation, we throttle the output ( turn the output valve off ) to lower the load. Both when the pipe was initially empty and to lower the full load current. Result was to let the impeller "thrash"

As load comes on. load current drops and then goes back up again as load increases. Did bench tests...
