    Lithium Charging Load Resistance?

The charging requirements from the data sheet: So your charger must be designed to limit the charge current (CC) to either of the above values and time, and limit the charge voltage (CV) to 3.6Vdc. The internal battery impedance does not have any affect on generating those charge...

    Lithium Charging Load Resistance?

You never use the internal resistance of a battery to determine the charge current. The charger regulates the charge current to a safe value for the battery it is designed to charge.

Need Help regarding the decade counter

You just need one two-input AND for each FF with one of each of the inputs connected to each FF output. The other inputs of all the AND gates are all connected to the clock signal.

Need Help regarding the decade counter

You could use an AND gate connected to the clock and each of the FF outputs.

    Constant current circuit

It's not necessarily. It is kept at a constant current independent of the coil resistance.

Does anyone know the pneumatic equivalent of an electrical capacitor?

For a two terminal capacitor analog it could be a chamber with a sealed flexible diaphragm across the middle, and two nozzles, one on each side of the diaphragm. Air going into one nozzle will flex the diaphragm and force air out the other nozzle. The more pressure, the more the diaphragm flexes...

Is there any way to invert low voltage AC to higher voltage DC?

You will find it quite difficult to get a useable amount of energy from a microphone, as the energy generated from a typical one is very tiny.

BJT NPN + PNP to switch channel.

Don't see how, as the PNP is connecting the speaker to Vcc. You could use two MOSFETs connected source-to-source in series with each speaker to act as a transmission gate. Example circuit below:

Question about USB to TTL converter

Can you use off-the -shelf converter modules or do you need to do it all from scratch?

Oscilloscope and AC home line noises

Likely because you are introducing an antenna from the battery and ground wire loop. So the problem is not your 'scope, it's the connections.

    Resistor wattage confusion

1.2W still must be dissipated no matter the rating of the resistors, so they will get hot. If they are heating a close-by transistor, then you might mount the resistors with long leads above the board so they are not so close and can more freely dissipate the heat.

    CD4017B has the jitters

That relay module has a built-in transistor driver with a diode across the coil, so you just have to apply power from your battery and directly connect the output of the CD4017 to the control input, no added transistor needed.

    CD4017B has the jitters

The PULSE command determines the characteristics of the signal generated by the voltage source (generator) V1 (here a 4V to 0V pulse that's on for 5ms with a 10ms period, 1µs rise and fall times, for 10 pulses total, and then stays at the initial voltage (4V) for the rest of the time). That...

    CD4017B has the jitters

Not likely, unless it's a really large relay. The diode only has to carry the relay coil current for the short time it takes to dissipate the coil inductive energy so, unless that current is above the peak current rating of the diode (500mA for the 1N4148), I don't see a problem.

    electronic Tesla valve (ETV)

It does matter if the circuit is messy if you want others to understand it. Otherwise you can wallow by yourself in your vast confusion.
