    Hi Kris. I attached a data sheet previously. The pcb in question only has two of these sensors on it so, if any of them fail, I can purchase the sensor or a suitable substitute, then I can simply remove the pcb, swap out the sensors and replace the pcb.

    Well from what I see all the tracks are on one side of the PCB so it should be easy enough to check. If I don't find any damage, I'll swap out the LM339.

I swapped out the transformer and the LM7805 and the output voltages across all the reg outputs and transformer outputs were all within range but the faulty output was still problematic.     Hi Kris, I'm glad for the response. I hope the close ups are good enough (they're a little "flashy" because today is really overcast). I do have a spare defective unit that I may be able to salvage parts from so just point me in the general direction if you see anything wrong on the board.
