Whirlpool L1373 - damage possibly done by a centipede

There's a chance your not looking at the correct switch. You need to find the "Level heater safety switch" (whatever that is) and verify it changes state. You've been looking at the pressostat but I'd guess that's not it. Btw, in the future can you please post pictures instead of pdf files...

    Help with PCH repair.

Check for a steady 12vdc on the back of the power jack and the connector from the adaptor. I suspect a bad jack or a bad section of wire on plug. I give up. What is PCH? For a moment I thought you were talking about Pacific coast highway in California.

Help needed with reversing sensors please

Why come up with a work around when there likely isn't a problem? Just tap into reverse light wire like most after market sensors and cameras suggest in their instructions.

Air hockey table. Ac adapter issue

To be clear this is a 6v DC adapter. I assume you know that checking amperage will show a result only if you have a load completing the circuit with your meter in series with it. In other words, if the air hockey game or anywhere in the circuit is open circuit, you will not read amperage. Start...

Help needed with reversing sensors please

Your technically voiding your warranty by adding the sensors, but most dealerships are reasonable when it comes to added accessories like this provided your not a total hack. You could use piggyback splices that are not too invasive to see if it works. Then if you chicken out, you can always...

Help needed with reversing sensors please

Sensor current: Meaning the additional load the backup sensors will add to the reverse lamp circuit. Fault: Meaning the circuit error that will be generated by the cars control module (ecm) by adding too much of a load to the reverse lamps.

Help needed with reversing sensors please

Interesting idea Bluejets, but it's also likely the sensor current will not draw enough current to trigger a fault. It's common to add back up cameras to reverse light circuit and I haven't heard of any can-bus problems.

Whirlpool L1373 - damage possibly done by a centipede

That tells me the problem is with the first switch or the logic section related to it on the board.

Air hockey table. Ac adapter issue

You can wire it directly but don't make a trip hazard. Looks like Red is positive (+) 6vdc and black is negative.

How to drop 18.5V 6A DC to 15V 6A DC

Perhaps parallel three or four lm7815 regulators to increase the output current.

Whirlpool L1373 - damage possibly done by a centipede

Sorry, F23: An appliance forum says: Wash level switch and level heater safety switch are on at same time. Perhaps try resetting fault and try running it again but disconnect one of the switches and see if it still gives the f23 fault.

Whirlpool L1373 - damage possibly done by a centipede

Google told me F24 error means it's not coming up to temperature. Try looking for the components upstream of the heater connections, such as a relay or triac. I'd guess it's either not passing power to the heater, or a thermostat circuit is open somewhere.

Boost Converter To Charge Laptop From Car Battery Problem

A fuse will limit the current and protect your laptop. You need to check both the input voltage from the battery and the output voltage from the booster. It should put out 19.5v while the battery side should be at least 12.5v

    pic input/outputs

Yes, you could have a PNP driven by the output of a sinking output but you'll need a limiting base resistor. Yes, the examples essentially show the internal schematic of each I/O pin (terminal). When logic for the sinking output in fig 1 is true (or 1), the internal NPN transistor switches on...

Yes, but he also has a (matching?)receiver that may interface with his existing opener control board. I agree, the place to start is understanding what make and model opener were dealing with.

Trouble finding 120V DC - 10A breaker.. alternatives..

You could mount it to a piece of din rail inside a weather proof box with cordgrip fittings (strain relief) enclosing each conductor. Look up Nema enclosure ratings.

Trouble finding 120V DC - 10A breaker.. alternatives..

I realize your codes are different, but make note of the fact that pv arrays can output more than their ratings so fusing and wiring are required to be sized 125% of array. That is, if this was under Cec or Nec code.
