    A 10MHz scope will be down -3db at 10MHz. This is also based on a sinusoidal wave. A digital wave will roll off far below 10MHz.

    Because it's a common emitter BJT amplifier (with no emitter resistor) it's technically not a "voltage divider". It's more accurately described as a current divider.

    Not really. My experience has been much like CC's and I've been around a tad longer then him. Personally, I don't see a great need for this product to warrant the startup costs. I don't think UL and IEE will approve it anyway. Home & business insurance companies won't be receptive either.
