    Hi. I have a parkside PLG 20 C3 charger that has completely stopped working.

    Although it's brand new, i bought it on e-bay, so no warranty. The charger is completely dead; no lights. It was only my 2nd time using it! Where can i start to diagnose the problem? Thanks.
